Product Description

Inflatable Water-Gate Flood Dam sizes

The water gate flood barrier has been professionally designed and tested multiple times. The results demonstrate its capability to provide long-lasting protection for cities and towns in flood-prone areas. This innovative and unprecedented device combines simplicity, robustness, and reliability, making it an essential product.

Watergate barriers are used globally and are the perfect alternative to other flood control solutions. They remain stable regardless of the flow's direction, length, or the terrain's slope.

Water-Gate

Water-Gate is a portable dam that requires no tools for deployment. It effectively protects your property from flooding. The water gate's height can be customized, and there are no restrictions on the height. It uses sluices to control and divert problematic floods.

General Advice:

Be sure to select the correct barrier size and other necessary tools to prevent infiltration and manage rainwater.
Avoid placing Velcro seals around corners.
All guardrail models are compatible, and guardrails can only be connected to the same model.
Pay attention to obstacles when measuring the space for installation.
Sandbags may be needed at certain locations of the front flaps to minimize water penetration.

Water blocking

All of our products are based on industrial drawings, ensuring uniformity. Each barrier is made from polyester canvas coated with ultra-strong PVC, sewn with durable thread, and individually inspected.

Watergate barriers

Designed for Emergency Services, this freestanding water-barrier is ideal for flood control, creating water reservoirs, damming streams, and containing chemical spills.

Water-Gate flood barriers offer reliable protection against flooding in cities and towns, especially in flood-prone areas. This product is an innovative and practical solution, combining simplicity, robustness, and reliability.

Used globally, Water-Gate barriers are an excellent alternative to sandbags, replacing thousands of them in an instant. They remain stable, no matter the flow's direction, length, or terrain slope. These barriers can even be deployed while the flood is underway.

Flood barriers

Easy Deployment: Water-Gate barriers can be unrolled in minutes without requiring attachments or on-site construction. The flood water itself provides additional stability, and heavy-duty pegs can be used for extra security.

Self-Inflating: The barrier inflates simply with the weight of the floodwater, no external power source or pre-inflation is required.

Extendable/Customizable: Multiple sections can be easily joined with integral Velcro fasteners, allowing for lengths up to several hundred meters or an enclosed area (e.g., 4 corners and 6 x 10m sections create a 200m² enclosure).

General Advice:

Select the correct barrier size and ensure you have the necessary pumps and tools to manage rainwater and prevent infiltration.

Avoid placing Velcro seals around corners.

All barrier models are compatible except for those with a height of 6" – they can only be connected to the same model.

Pay attention to obstacles when measuring the space for barrier installation.

Sandbags may be required at certain locations on the front flaps to minimize infiltration.

THE 4 GOLDEN RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL INSTALLATION

  • 1. Never try to contain a leak behind the barrier: Prevent water from entering the front of the barrier. Leaks are usually caused by upstream infiltration.
  • 2. Pump water behind the barrier: Leave enough space for a pump behind the barrier to prevent water accumulation.
  • 3. Place regular weight on the front flap: Place weights on the front to reduce infiltration, without attaching the barrier to the ground.
  • 4. Prevent water from accumulating under the barrier: Ensure the area is free of objects that could cause water to accumulate under the barrier.
